1. Listeners can register their vehicle information with the LIFE 100.3 Street Team. When they hear their license plate on the air they have 60 minutes to call LIFE 100.3 to qualify to win a trip for two on The Music Boat Cruise with Premier Christian Cruises.

2. Contest is open to Ontario residents (unless prohibited by law) in the LIFE 100.3 radio listening area including 100.3, 90.1, 89.3, and 98.9 excluding employees of LIFE 100.3, Directors, contest sponsors, their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household.

3. Registration forms become the property of LIFE 100.3.

4. LIFE 100.3 cannot guarantee listeners registered will have their license plate information announced on the air.

5. Contest starts Monday August 23, 2010 and ends Friday Septmeber 24, 2010.

6. Grand prize-winner announced Monday September 27, 2010, winner must have "i heart life" sticker on their vehicle.

7. Grand prize consists a trip for two on The Music Boat Cruise with Premier Christian Cruises. Prize includes airfare for two from Toronto to Miami, Florida where the winner will board Royal Caribbean’s Majesty of the Seas to Key West, Cococay and Nassau Bahamas.

8. The grand prize trip is valid from November 8-12, 2010 only.

9. In the case of unavailable flights for these dates, LIFE 100.3 reserves the right to provide alternate dates for the trip to be taken.

10. Winner is responsible for their transportation to and from Pearson International Airport in Toronto, ON for their departing and arriving flights, shuttle service to and from the ship dock in Miami, FL and any other transportation during the trip. Winner is responsible for obtaining all their own necessary traveling documents required by the airline and Pearson International Airport.

11. Accommodations include a cabin for two, meals and entry to all concerts on board. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card when checking in with Royal Caribbean. While on the cruise, any purchases made on board are automatically charged to your room and will be charged to your credit card at the end of the trip. Drinks are only provided during meal times. Winner will need to purchase a drink card if you want access to beverages throughout the day.

12. LIFE 100.3 will cover cabin taxes, port fees and flat rate gratuity charged by Royal Caribbean. The winner is responsible for any additional gratuity to the cleaning and wait staff, if desired. The winner is financially responsible for any excursions while at port stops.

13. The winner and guest will be required to sign a Radio Contest Release Form prior to receiving the prize.

14. Prizes are non-transferable, hold no cash value and are subject to availability and may be substituted for another prize of equal value at the discretion of LIFE 100.3.

15. LIFE 100.3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

16. Winner must agree to their names and/or photos and/or likeness used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
