Mark your calendar for Faith Baptist Church’s 2025 Missions Conference, happening October 25-26! This year’s theme is Gospel Multiplication and we’ll be celebrating how God is working both globally and right here in Muskoka. The weekend kicks off Saturday night with a Dinner Theatre experience (5 pm) and evening program (6:15 pm), then continues Sunday morning during our regular worship services. Our main guest speakers are Charles Price and Bachara Karkafi. Registration will be at faithmuskoka.ca/events.

Hosted by Trinity Church in Owen Sound this annual event is a joyful alternative to traditional Halloween celebrations. Families from across the community will gather in the church parking lot, where volunteers will decorate their trunks and hand out candy to local children in a safe, welcoming, and uplifting environment. Alongside the “trunk-or-treat” portion, we are planning to offer Hot Chocolate and host two booths inside the school building:

1) A Food Donation Booth, supporting the Salvation Army with a gift raffle.

2) An Operation Christmas Child Booth, as our church is a part of this campaign every year.

Join our Street Team at Living Faith Community Presbyterian Church for their annual Christmas market which will feature many local artisans along with greenery and poinsettias, a white elephant room, and a hot lunch.

The Santa Shuffle is a 5km Fun Run and 1km Elf Walk for all ages and skill levels. Participants fundraise throughout the season to make a difference in their community. On event day, participants are encouraged to wear their funkiest festive running attire for a day of laughter and fun. After the event, each participant is rewarded a finisher medal to celebrate their accomplishment.

The Santa Shuffle is held in proud partnership with the Running Room.

Once again, the Schomberg Community Hall will be the base for the Christmas Market. Totally renovated, with new washrooms, wider stairs, and an elevator to the second floor, the refreshed Hall will is a welcome addition to A Main Street Christmas.

The Market is held from 3pm – 7:30pm.  

Admission to the craft show is included with the $5 cost of admission to A Main Street Christmas.
